Knowledge is not experience

Did you notice that the people you idealize, the ones who have millions of dollars in the bank lost more then you can ever imagine? Pareto’s law states that 80% of your actions will be inefficient. That mean that you’re only going to be right 20% of the time if your lucky. So why even bother?

Because experience is priceless. Knowledge is great, it will help you take your first steps and then help you stay on the path. But knowing the path is not the same as walking the path. If you don’t take action you will never gain the experience you need to break through.

Afraid to make a mistake? Well 80% of your actions will be mistakes, so there you have it. You’re not a failure. Your just like the rest of us. We all make mistakes and lots of them. So don’t be so hard on yourself when you screw up, it’s inevitable it’s how the world works.

After you suffer defeat, even if you think you’re broken inside, get up and show the world what you can really do. Because at the end of the day experience is suffering, and if you haven’t suffered enough you still don’t have what it takes.
