Don’t assume your client knows what you do

You know what you can do for your client. You understand why he needs from you, but that doesn’t mean he does. There are too many businesses that advertise “We are the best at what we do”. Completely missing the fact that we don’t know what it is they do.

When naming your brand and creating a slogan you have to make sure you get the point across. Are you providing a service? Do you solve a problem for your clients? Do you make then better as human beings?
