You don’t have to be a master

Did you ever think why so many people don’t take action? You might think it’s imposter syndrome, but they don’t even get that far. Most people don’t take action because they over analyse everything. Most people think that you have to be a master without understanding the mastery is relative.

Yes, I heard about the 10,000-hour rule. But I also know that people progress in different rhythms. Some people are really quick and others are mind numbingly slow. It doesn’t mean that some people are better suited for the task it just means that some people like to pay more attention to detail.

When I say that mastery is relative, I mean that you think of a master as someone who is more insightful. That has so much knowledge it seems to be unattainable. When the truth is, the more you learn the more you know just how much you don’t know. So that master understands that his journey is way longer than yours.

So, you don’t have to be a master, all you have to do is start. And learn as you go.
