Failure is the most important part of a business’s improvement. And to be clear no business is perfect, we all need to constantly improve. The thing is, we don’t pay attention to the success we treat it as something common, something that was supposed to happen. But when we fail we pay attention, we want to know what went wrong.
We don’t have to get to a point of catastrophic failure to wake up, we just need small imperfection to improve upon. A better way to say something to a client, a more fluid process to get our team up to speed.
Those little corrections, no matter how small will have a tremendous effect as time goes by. This concept of failure we are all so afraid of is the process that makes us better, so why fear it?
