By that I mean the level of maturity, a woman knows her limits and what is or is not her job, a girl doesn’t. Getting a good freelancer or a good salesman or good what it whatever cost money. And a fair bit of it if. If you’re going to commit to having somebody good work for you make sure not only to pay them on time but not to screw it up. Just like your testing him he’s testing you, any mistake that might seem small to you could cost you his trust. Once you lost his trust you can never get it back again.
