Researching before you buy


I recently bought a pair of AirPods and one of my friends was shocked at how easily I pulled out my wallet and paid the nearly $200. He started asking me questions like “What if they suck?”, “What if you lose one?”. I explained that before I buy anything I do extensive research.

Before I buy anything I see on boxing videos on YouTube. I read everything I can about it online. And I talk to people who recently purchased the product. Your clients will do the same.

It’s important that your clients know what they’re getting before they’re paying. People don’t like to be surprised by their purchase. And today’s technology allows you to give them what they want and earn their trust before they even pull out the Wallet. In addition, that unboxing video will get them excited. They will want your products even more.
