My name is Moshe Chayon and I have been in business and sales since 1995 when I was discharged from the army. Here is Israel enlisting for the army is mandatory, I’m not the type that likes to take orders so it wasn’t the best time in my commanding officer’s life. I think he had a party when I was discharged.
My first business was giving out flyers in mailboxes, a business that grew way too fast for me to learn the ropes. I was always good at sales so getting new clients was never a problem. The management part is where I struggled the most. I ended up closing that business with insane debt (at least for a 20 something).
Losing that business taught me what I did wrong and how I should have handled things. And since then I have helped many friends start their own businesses (if they made sense). Sometimes you have to be realistic and understand that not every business is going to work. But you should never give up.
I started this site to help as many people as I can to understand the struggles of business and what you should look out for.
